	Special Kidsday Saturday Offerings provide hands-on activities, crafts and instruction centered around specific areas of the farm. They run on Saturday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, include a snack, and require advanced registration. You can register for individual programs or for the whole series! Kidsday #1, Apple Fun, (F8 KD 1)

September 27th, 2008 (kids 3-6)

Learn about Johnny Appleseed and his wonderful fruit. Squeezed, cooked, dried and baked apples are delicious and fun. Children will leave with a variety of Apple goodies.

Kidsday #2, Scarecrows, (F8 KD 2)

October 4th, 2008 (kids 4 - 7)

Learn about these garden guardians by bringing used clothing and decorating one of your own. We will all help make a scarecrow for the farm as well. Children will leave with a child sized scarecrow of their own.

Kidsday #3 Pumpkin Fun , (F8 KD 3)

October 25th, 2008 (kids 3-8)

Try pumpkins practically every way. Decorate them, eat them and help us carve them. Play pumpkin games with this versatile vegetable. Children will leave with a decorated pumpkin.
